The 'resource is busy' because a program is still using it. Locate that 
program, turn it off, and it should eject just fine. Assuming your computer 
mounts to /mnt/cdrom,

# lsof -f | grep cdrom

will provide you a list of each file in use on that DVD, along with the 
program using it.

If that fails, then use a pin inside the small hole on the tray's front.
