www.fleet.com. A bank based in the American North East. I regularly access my 
account there using konqueror and it is, I believe, is a paradigm UK banks 
would do well to follow. Would have to look up the multiple currency option. 
And think that you yet are asking a bit much for online payments to come as 
standard with basic accounts.
