Try http://www.secpay.com, offer the same delio as all the others at a
fraction of the price eg. VeriSign over a grand per year, these dudez,
depending on how many transactions are being processed eg. £150 connecting
over VPN or re-direct page (without the frills, which is exactly what you
need) ;). If you want some frills eg. business reporting, which you could do
yourself anyway... but anyway, if you need that, you can buy into that
seperately. You can view these dudez as a lo-cost alternative to WorldPay.

It is generally not a good idea to store credit card details on your side of
things. That will def make you a target, running MySQL... mmmhhh... I'd say,
give it two months and your client will end up in court.

Subject: [Gllug] OT : Credit cards in a MySQL Database
Importance: High

Hi,

I'm busy developing an e-commerce site that takes cash bookings that is
secured via a credit card number.

How can I safely safe credit card details in MySQL ? or any other sensitive
information ? encryption ??

Any ideas will help.

Also, any online transaction clearing companies that you lot worked with
that is good ? Anyone worked with WorldPay ?

Many thanks
