[Gllug] identd -- any point?

Is there any point to running identd?  Besides just giving me lots of
crap in the logs.  LOADS of people seem to use it, but don't seem to
care what response they get.  Right now, they're getting
"NONE_OF_YOUR_BUSINESS" and nothing has broken...
