[Gllug] bringing equipment in to UK?

Any one here brought computer equipment into the UK and know what the
rules are?  I have a guy coming over from Canada bringing a server and
some switches for a VOIP POP here in London.  The equipment is owned by
their company and will be installed into a colocation site rented by
their company for their use.  Will he need to declare it and what
duty/taxes will be required?
