Have you tried Outlook-Quote Fix (http://jump.to/oblivion), it works OK for
me.  When you reply to a HTML mail you have to set your reply to text and
it'll jump in and format it better for you.  When you reply to RTF mail you
have to set the *original* to text and then hit reply for it to work.  Text
email just works!
