Indeed. We paid a total of zero pounds and zero pence for our Apache
server, and last month we took 60 million hits without even breaking
sweat. Sounds like pretty good value to me :-)
Interestingly, he acknowledges that Linux is taking hold in gateways
and security devices, but seems oblivious to the reasons. He says it'll
keep them focussed on TCO, but apparently hasn't noticed that security
is a more important deciding factor than TCO for security devices. D'oh!
