I usually charge 40 squids per hour down here in Kent. I get the vibe from
work in London that I could charge quite a bit more, but then I'm 'resting'
at the mo, and not yet so bothered as to test the upper limits. For a fixed
project as mentioned by OP, I would charge a fixed price around the 300 quid
mark as mentioned elsewhere.
OP might like to phone up the competition and ask them for a quote 'as if' he
was the customer.
