They probably don't realise that the SCSI is substantially more reliable, much 
faster, and easier to repair WHEN (not "if") a drive fails.  When the 
dreadful day arrives, and a drive dies, they're NOT going to impressed with 
the speed of recovery - if you can actually do it reliably!
