[Gllug] How can I make sure my email is not treated as spam?

I only use the yahoo address as the "from" address.  The smtp server was
running on the local pc.  Mail was delivered directly to the recipients
servers without going through yahoo at all.  If an isp - AOL for example-
checked the address, yahoo.co.uk would be a valid domain.  I was only
working on a whim and appreciate this might not be appropriate for you.

My interest was only academic!!!  :)
