[Gllug] Have I been compromised?

I wouldn't necessarily assume that it is compromised - a more probable
and innocent explanation is that it is wedged - probably the kernel has
crashed or stuck somewhere.

It is not uncommon to find that in such cases a machine will accept
connections (so you can connect to ports but nothing happens after the
initial tcp 3 way handshake) and also respond to pings.
