Would that be restraint of trade to prohibit people who have worked on Unix
working on Linux?  I found a US definition that seems to cover it:

Illegally interfering with free marketplace participation. Regulated by the
Federal Trade Commission. 

I know it's an old concept, I think it has something to do with stopping
apprentices from starting a business too close to the master craftsman when
they qualified
