[Gllug] VOCP Modems

Hi Alastair

I used to run VOCP on a 3Com / US Robotics 56K Voice Fax modem. It worked very 
well after  I got the timings right for prompting delays etc.

I haven't used it since I've moved back to the UK though, as I've enough 
answering devices here. I do miss the system mailing me voice messages 
though....
