[Gllug] Changing hostname without rebooting

It's not an error - it's simply that syslog (and others) will take the 
hostname when it starts and wont waste time requerying something that is 
almost always very static.

If you restart syslog it will pick up the change. The same should be true 
of any other service with the same issue.
