[Gllug] Linux project, pays money

I have 900 pounds available for someone to produce a customised version of
linux (probably knoppix) for our students. 
it will need to have all the sw packages needed for them to do our
computing degrees and some stuff that's not needed stripped out to make
room. ideally a way of adding or removing packages should be provided to
enable a student to select packages and burn a cd theirselves.
