[Gllug] IMDB change of license?

A long time ago ... I seem to remember the IMDB being available for
free (in big Berkeley DB files, IIRC). In fact the site has this
(unreachable) page:

http://www.imdb.com/Help/Oweek/history

But now I can't find any reference to that. Instead it's all
invitations to license the data.

Did the license change? Did I miss something? Or is it still available?
