Delivery to Cyrus happens via LMTP, so it should know as much about the
mail as the MTA does. It also does duplicate delivery suppression by
message id. When a mail is sent to multiple recipients, one copy is
stored on the filesystem, and all the recipients get hard links to it in
their mailbox. Works beautifully.
