[Gllug] Wireless cards see each other, but I can't get them toping

If I can get the driver working on the Thinkpad, then at least one of the PCs will have Windows, but the other was rescued from the rubbish and only has Linux

When I tried the laptop card in my brother's PC, it proved very willing to join its own network. The only difference having the Thinkpad running near it was that the signal strength would be excellent instead of very low, but I still couldn't ping.
