[Gllug] Sun Ultra and PCI cards

Hi,

anyone had any oddness when putting an ATI Rage 128 PCI card into a sun Ultra
5, 

when my machine boots, right after it finishes decompressing the linux kernel
and starts to execute it the machine just locks up (stock debian 2.4.18) 

booting with the serial console everything is fine, also, it boots if i remove
the ati pci card,
