we're using
http://www.dabs.com/uk/productView.htm?quicklinx=XLM
(or something along those lines, can't remember exact model)

but it's a hp jetdirect with usb and lan connection

works perfect

not sure if it works with lexmark printers though..
only tried it with hp's own printers..
