[Gllug] HostNamelookups fail

After modifying the directive, did you STOP. Then
START Apache? 

Is apache loading the correct httpd.conf file? I've
seen some boxes that have 3 of the damn things in
different places. to check, do ->> 
updatedb
locate httpd.conf | more

IIRC you can pass "-f <configfile>" if you run httpd 
outside of apachectrl script.
