[Gllug] Grrr Computer Upgrading

Try running memtest86 (http://www.memtest86.com/) on you computer to see 
if you have any memeory problems.  There should be a floppy image on the 
site which you can just write to a disk and then boot.

Not got around to trying grub yet so can't answer this one.
