I should of talked a bit more about this.
The company that I work for is : http://www.isode.com
We produce email & LDAP servers. (I'm still farely new BTW).
 (Our email server now has greylisting, as well as bayesian spam filtering).

Isode is already attempting to lobby the APIG (All Party Internet Group) 
with regards Anti-Spam legislation & basically attempting to
explain to them what email is.
