Hi all,
I just went out and bought myself a new palm pilot - I know people have
been runing these on Linux for years so I figured I wouldn't have too
may problems...

But there seems to be very little documentation out there (and it's not
quite working)

I'm running Debian/testing

logs from using the visor module

Oct 25 21:02:46 sean kernel: hub.c: new USB device 00:07.2-1, assigned

and prom the usbserial module

Oct 25 21:20:35 sean kernel: hub.c: new USB device 00:07.2-1, assigned
address 13
Oct 25 21:20:35 sean kernel: usb.c: USB device 13 (vend/prod 0x830/0x70)
is not claimed by any active driver.
Oct 25 21:20:36 sean usbmgr[745]: vendor:0x830 product:0x70

Oct 25 21:20:36 sean usbmgr[745]: USB device isn't matched the configuration

I am guessing that the message

"USB device isn't matched the configuration"

is indicating a problem

the resources I have found so far make no mention of this problem

http://usbvisor.sourceforge.net/index.php3
http://www.linuxpda.com/visor/howto/v0.6/t1.html
http://www.redbug.uklinux.net/palm/index.html

any help much appreciated
