Expensive furniture! I am 53 and work most of the day and evening on a PC,
also I have had back surgery.

I have found that the 2 following things solved my posture problems,
regardless of how long I am at the workstation.

Chair height is correct. For me it is low so that my elbows and lower arms
rest on the desk at all times (It must also have good back support).
Distance to monitor and size of image on it must be right. Squinting to see
causes people to lean foward and can do a lot of harm to someone in a short
period of time.

I have done this at home and at work and have had a 'trouble free' year in
this regard.

I used it, and was impressed. It worked flawlessly on Galeon/Linux,
was easy to navigate, fast enough, and made good use of W3C
standards. I would definitely use it again next year.

Hello,
I recently purchased a new data capable Nokia mobile phone. The normal
email address that I publicise has just received two copies of 28K emails
with a short plain text message, a long blank space, then a large html
section with references to Nokia cellphones, multiple references to what
appears to be an email spam and/or gaming site, and BBC web pages (which I
thought may be safe to look at, but many of which show page not available).
My cellphone may be data capable, but I have no plans to use it for that,
it just has that facility.
