[Gllug] Spam Assassin and Sendmail

I've used the milter from http://www.runestig.com/osp.html, which has
worked fine. Using that, and running spamd, there has been no noticeable
load increase or processing delay. All incoming messages are tagged by
SA, and users have the option (via a web interface) to configure their
server side filters to reject/quarantine them.
