If the vulnerability is similar in nature to the one exploited by Blaster 
then it would seem reasonable to assume that a variant may become 
available within days rather than the weeks some people are suggesting.

If any of you are responsible for Win 2k/XP boxes I recommend you update 
them immediately or sooner.
