[Gllug] Spam Assassin and Sendmail

What are people using to combine the two and are how happy with it are
you? The GNU milter (http://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/spamass-milt/)
looks promisingbut it'd be nice to know how other people have done it
and if its worked alright or driven the load up.
