Dear Richard,

agree with your conclusion.  When you put up the slide that
offers OSS on Linux versus OSS on Windows, the majority
prefer to stay on a desktop/platform they know, but running
stuff like OO.o rather than migrate lock stock and barrel.

Once they're at ease with OSS, ditching Windows isn't such a
daunting prospect.
