Indeed, Citibank have been doing so since the mid-90s.

And please, I've been trying to resist, but my pedantic butt just can't
stand it any more: it's "PIN", not "PIN number", and "ATM", not "ATM
machine", nor even "automatic ATM machine" as I've seen once. :-)
