[Gllug] AOL broadband through ntl

This appears to say that normal aol adsl is pppoe, as ntl provide you
with essentailly ethernet, this is perhaps the most likley thing,

apparently, the mtu has to be set to 1492 due to all the extra headers
from the the ethernet frames.

i vaguely remember someone recently looking for a adsl provider that did
pppoe :-) it looks like aol is one ;-)
