[Gllug] [repost] Swapping SW RAID 1 disks from PC to Sun

[Not sure if this got through the first time.  Apologies if you
receive multiple copies ...]

Is it possible to transplant a Linux Software RAID 1 pair of disks
from a (now dead) PC into a Sun with IDE running Debian and a similar
version of the 2.4 kernel?

I think the ext3 fs should be compatible, but I'm not sure about the
RAID ...

Original PC:

Linux -- 2.4.25 #2 Sat Apr 3 18:50:47 BST 2004 i686 GNU/Linux

Sun:

Linux -- 2.4.18 #2 Thu Apr 11 14:37:17 EDT 2002 sparc64 GNU/Linux
