many of the 5600s that were released were pxa-250s, yes, but there are 
255s aswell, any 5600 with a 250 chip that goes for service gets a new 
255 chip and board for free (afaik)

also, there are some patches to clock the pxa-250 chip at the full 
400mhz instead of the 200mhz (with some instability apparently)
