Right!
My before last post was unnecesary as I found the solution with half
an hour digging in the lts.conf file. BUT!
The diskless PC can not display X in a good way. It is garbled, I can send
you an screenshot of the X on the client. I was sugested to remove X
acceleration on clients, But how. X is flawless on the server. All clients
have Cirrus Logics graphics chip with 1Mb memory. Distribution is K12LTSP 1.1.
Updated recomended stuff via Ximian Red Carpet, but the security updates would
not as Red Carpet shows error now.
Apparently do an custom XF86Config for clients in /tftpboot/lts/ltsroot/etc
and add a line in lts.conf XF86CONFIG_FILE = XF86Config
However, when it comes to custom configs, that is a bit to high for me. HELP!
Could updating to K12LTSP 4.1 fix this?
THANX
