[Gllug] DEC site melts down

At about 9.30-10.00 this morning the www.dec.org.uk 'donate' hyperlink failed
to do anything after several clicks, so I gave up and phoned the 0870 number,
which worked OK.   I just tried the web site again out of interest and the
donation link now appear to work.
Although frustrating that I couldn't get the web site to work this morning,
nice to note that this was probably because of the huge public response!
