Correct.  However, their concept of "pre-emptive"  is crude to say the least.  
Their task-switching scheme is so broken that you get keyboard freezes when 
(for example) you open a large graphics file - this renders the "operating 
system" so apparently sluggish, that it's truly horrible to try to use.  I 
can't be bothered with it!
