I'm pointing out that SPF does not change the present situation;
recipients may use the originating IP address, the envelope and
message body From addresses, and/or exterior data (such as the DUL or
MAPS RBL, at present; or SPF DNS entries, in future) to reject or
accept mail.

So; what's different?
