I assume you've seen the RSA site?

When I last used SecurID, which was over 5 years ago, you had to
purchase their frighteningly expensive ACE/Server product which is what
you synchronise the cards with and which does the authentication for
you.  It did RADIUS iirc.

There may well be a free alternative by now, but if there is I know not.
