[Gllug] codec for xine - where to put it

Hi, I have downloaded some win32 codecs from the mplayer site (although I
use xine as my player). It has a particular codec in it (IV 41) that I
need. I have unzipped it, and moved the folder (called extralite) to
/usrusr/lib/xine/plugins/1.0.0. Is this the right place? Should I rename
the folder win32? Advice gratefully received.

Using Mandrake 9.2 with Gnome 2.4
