The article is at slight odds with /. and groklaw who believe SCO have not 
dropped the trade secrets claim, but have perhaps de-emphasised the point in 
favour of a copyright claim: SCO have not officially retracted the trade 
secrets claim and, more suprisingly, IBM has elected not to have that claim 
dismissed summarily, after SCO failed once again to provide any source code 
which they contest.

Great quote from SCO's lawyer:
"Not everything they have put into Linux has been made public"
