Point 1: Even RMS wouldn't ask for a backslash between GNU and Linux!
We're not on Windows...

Point 3: Agreed. It's costing us quite a lot more to deploy RHEL than it
would cost to use a comparable Solaris install. We're doing it anyway, but
it's certainly a factor to consider, and it's enough that we wouldn't want
to do a large scale rollout of it. Yes, it's a good product, but they're
pricing themselves out of the market. Sun are hurting at the moment, and
consequently they're offering some very tempting pricing...
