SCAN have always been good to me.  I've bought several SuperMicro 1Us 
off them and other gear and the only thing I've had to return was a TV 
tuner.

I called, explained that it was utter c**p and the nice chap gave me an 
RMA.  Quick refund no probs.

Maybe I got lucky?
