I have not read this story yet and am probably not bothered to do so
because they are generally all pretty dire. I have given up on most of
the national press and as an aside, I have started to spot increasing
quantities of basic English language issues in papers I do read.

Consider though that most journalists who produce these columns are on
short time bidgets even if they are paid well and do not have as much
time as we might like them to have in researching their material. So
rather than rant we should provide quick and easy reference.

Microsoft might be evil but they are co-ordinated and you know that if
you contact them you will get some utter crud dispensed to you in
parrotable form for printing whereas there are so many official
GNU/Linux vendors and suppliers as to make the issue daunting.

So we should help collectively by informing the uninformed.
