[Gllug] Announce: New Social mailing list

A new Gllug Social mailing list has been set up. The purpose of said 
list is to organise/announce events that are social in nature, such as 
pub meetings, cinema trips, etc.

Please note that this list is *not* for off-topic discussions, or for 
technical discussions which are still best served by the main Gllug list.
