[Gllug] Openoffice cut/paste

Maybe I'm being dumb here,
but I'm using OpenOffice today to do some documentation.
I can't cut/paste in from terminal windows,
which is making it impossible to insert code fragments.

Oo 1.1.0 on Fedora/Gnome if that makes a difference.

If the answer is obvious I cringe already in embarrasment.
