[Gllug] IE flaws

I switched from Netscape to IE because the speed of loading Netscape 2.0
compared with 3.0 was a massive difference. Of course I know IE was
becoming embedded with the OS which was the reason for the speedup but the
simple fact back then was that speed meant quite alot on a humble pentium.
I now use firefox and have done for a while and only use IE when I have to.

Was IE 10 times better than Netscape Navigator?
Very probably not... it was just given away free at a time when
Navigator had costs.
