[Gllug] Ceefax/Teletext caching TVs

From a recent Viz, the 'Skinternet' is what poor people have instead of the 
Internet, that is, Ceefax/Teletext.

Does anyone know of a TV set that caches the pages of these services? Or is 
software for handling same on a linux machine with a TV card?

IWSTM that it would be incredibly simple to put together, hugely convenient to 
those waiting for a page to come up, would take up very little memory, could 
cache pages on other channels at the same time, and could be a good way of 
dealing with 'character drops' in areas with poor reception.
