If you get it via post, just put an empty
piece of paper in the envelop and send it 
without a stamp, they would think its a
cheque and pay £1 for postage.

I use freeparking.co.uk, they are 
okay, free subdomains, and allow
you to either use their DNS or you
own/hosting providers DNS.
