Another bit of advice on Crossover Office please?

I have the setup.exe for a program, but when I try to install
under crossover it asks for files from the Y: drive.
Obviously very specific to the PC it was built on, so won't run.

I have the program executable in a .exe file.
It runs when I pretend that this is the install file.

Are there any tricks so that I can get this program.exe installed
as one of the applications?
