[Gllug] Quiet/Silent rackmount switch recommendation?

Seems unlikely that such a thing exists to me - rackmount kit is aimed 
at lights-out facilities, where noise is not an issue.  If you want 
quiet, you'll probably have to go for a consumer-oriented device.
